Partner Dance Project

Social dance is taught to the high school students as a medium of self-expression and collaboration. They in turn teach basic coordination and movement skills to younger grade students, using dance and performance as a vehicle to transfer knowledge of health and social issues.

LP1-3 Developing Choreography

Students are guided in developing the choreography for the “Motion Study -Nobody” scene in the school production for Talent Show

LP4-10 Peer Education Dance Routine

Artist directs and facilitates student development of a routine to accompany their anti-drug and good health messages to younger students at various schools. Artist then works with small groups of presenters on the dance portion of the presentation, both to polish the routine and show them how to teach coordination and movement skills to the younger students.
