Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. This class develops heightened body and mental awareness, injury prevention, increased flexibility and physical strength. Taught with care and personalized to suit each individual, this practice uses foam rollers and therabands to enhance the experience. Ms. Holte trained as a professional ballet dancer and is a Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® Specialized Master Trainer and 3rd Series Ashtanga Yoga practitioner.
